Created by INEX in the quiet hills of Pegeia, Paphos, this collection of seventeen villas is almost complete. Each home sits on a big plot, surrounded by Mediterranean trees and light that changes through the day. From every terrace, you see the sea and the mountains - reminders of how close nature really is.

Seventeen villas sit on plots from 730 to 2,400 sqm, each with its own garden filled with Mediterranean plants, a private pool, and terraces facing the sea and mountains. Inside, natural light fills open interiors finished with stone, wood, and soft fabrics - materials carefully chosen by INEX together with UHA London and YODEZEEN Miami.

Walking through the project, it’s clear that the architecture follows the land rather than reshaping it. The houses feel like they’ve grown from the ground itself, in perfect balance with their surroundings.

Most of the villas are already occupied – families have moved in and made this place their home. People love living here: mornings by the pool, evenings on the terrace, and the calm rhythm of life surrounded by nature.
