Cyprus-Based Tech Firm Merges with U.S. Partner to Scale AI Services

U.S. Firm TKI Merges with Cyprus’s Hybrid ConsulTech to to Expand Global AI Operations

After a year of joint operations through a venture agreement, U.S.-based TKI and Cyprus-based Hybrid ConsulTech have completed a merger and will now operate under a single brand: TKI. The move is part of a broader effort to align global operations and streamline service delivery in the area of enterprise-grade AI solutions.

TKI is a U.S. software and consulting firm with more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. and India. Its focus areas include enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The company’s client base includes broadband and cable providers, a U.S. real estate network representing over 30% of the housing market, and a large HVAC and energy services group in the Northeast.

Hybrid ConsulTech contributes regional market knowledge and operational presence in Europe and the Middle East. Over the past year, the two companies have collaborated on AI projects aimed at addressing specific business needs.

The merger brings both organizations under one structure, with the goal of improving consistency, deepening technical capabilities, and enabling teams to work more closely across markets.

Leadership and Regional Focus

Following the merger, Monica Polemitis, founder and former CEO of Hybrid ConsulTech, joins the TKI Partnership as Managing Director, TKI EMEA, overseeing operations across Europe and the Middle East. TKI EMEA will be based in Nicosia, Cyprus, at the CYENS Centre of Excellence. Thomas Gamble will continue to lead the Americas as Group CEO.

Gamble noted: “We’ve seen enterprise demand for AI grow significantly. This merger allows us to focus our efforts and respond to that demand more efficiently.”

Polemitis added: “This step builds on work we’ve already done together and reflects the growing commercial connections between Cyprus and the U.S. It also shows the value of cross-border cooperation in tech.”

This partnership highlights the strengthening commercial ties between our two countries and reinforces the potential for future collaboration in enterprise AI and professional services.
