Cyprus Startups: €10,000 Grants Await in Startups4Peace 2025 Program
Eunite launches the 10th Startups4Peace accelerator to unite Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot entrepreneurs
On June 26, 2025, the Eunite programme launched the bicommunal Startups4Peace (Su4P) 2025 accelerator, marking the 10th anniversary of Su4P. The call for applications opened on June 26, 2025, and will close on August 12, 2025.
According to the announcement for this year’s programme, the three winning teams will receive seed funding prizes (€10,000 for the winner and €5,000 for the two runners-up), along with the exclusive opportunity to participate in SLUSH, the world’s leading startup event, taking place in Helsinki, Finland in November 2025.
Su4P is co-funded by the European Union and the Embassy of Finland within the Eunite Programme, which is implemented by GIZ International Services under the EU Aid Programme for the Turkish Cypriot community. The initiative is carried out in cooperation with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce, CYENS, and CyprusInno.
The programme encourages innovative entrepreneurs and startups in Cyprus with fresh and groundbreaking business ideas to connect, collaborate, and build closer relationships between the Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot communities. Successful candidates are supported in developing, testing, and promoting their business ideas on the market through bootcamps, tailored mentoring, and a pitching battle.
Eunite also works on three other priority areas: halloumi as a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) product, media, and rural entrepreneurship. The online application form, as well as information on criteria, guidelines, and the application process, is available at: https://www.startups4peace.eu/.
