The new AI Tool by the Deputy Ministry of Research goes live.

Thousands of queries have been submitted within just hours of the Digital Assistant’s launch on December 18.

The Digital Assistant, the new AI tool developed and launched by the Deputy Ministry of Research, received over 5,000 questions within its first three hours of operation.

It is noted that, in its initial phase, the Digital Assistant will address issues related to social security. As stated by the Deputy Minister of Research and Innovation, Nikodimos Damianou, these topics constitute the most frequent queries to the 1450 call center. In the near future, the Digital Assistant will expand to cover additional thematic areas.

The Digital Assistant is available through the central government portal, gov.cy.
