Exness Powers Visionary Dialogue at Reflect Festival 2025
Exness, a global fintech headquartered in Limassol, joined Reflect Festival 2025 as a Platinum Partner, continuing its long-standing commitment to Cyprus’ innovation ecosystem. For the 7th year in a row, Exness brought its forward-looking mindset and global leadership to the region’s most influential tech and ideas event, taking place at Kolla Factory of Culture.
Exness featured an engaging presence on the festival floor with a dedicated booth reflecting its culture and values. The space offered a glimpse into what it means to be part of the Exness team, highlighting its commitment to a people-first working environment.
One of Reflect’s main stages was the Future Stage, powered by Exness, which featured inspiring conversations about where technology, society, and humanity are headed. Exness founder and CEO, Petr Valov, delivered an inspiring keynote introducing Future State, a revolutionary vision focused on reinforcing democratic systems and restoring transparency through the power of blockchain technology. He was joined on stage by Alexey Mizyukin, Future State Chief Technology Officer, who expanded on the technological framework behind this innovative concept.
Throughout the two-day event, other members of Exness’ team contributed to key discussions. Alfonso Cardalda, Exness Chief Marketing Officer, spoke on the panel “Brand power: The most underestimated growth engine in fintech,” highlighting how building meaningful brand equity is central to long-term growth and client trust in the financial sector.
As part of a session dedicated to talent and innovation, Martin Thorvaldsson, Exness Head of Community, presented the initiative This is IT! — a programme where Exness employees return to their former schools to share their experience of working in a tech company. Through real-life stories and conversations, the initiative aims to inspire students to consider career paths in technology. His talk aimed to encourage other organisations in Cyprus to join forces and help expand the positive impact of this initiative even further.
Representing the next generation of thinkers, Alyssa Mia Taliotis, one of the students of the Exness Fintech Scholarships programme, is currently studying at the School of Engineering at Harvard and MIT. In her talk titled “Is a Harvard and MIT degree still the golden ticket in the age of AI?”, Alyssa opened a meaningful discussion on the role and relevance of education in today’s fast-evolving technological landscape.
Speaking about the event, Valov commented, “We believe technology should elevate society, not just efficiency. Reflect is one of those events that offer a rare opportunity to explore the deeper questions about trust, transparency, and the kind of future we want to build together. We are proud to be a long-standing partner of an event that places Cyprus at the center of global conversations about innovation and progress.”
Exness also hosted the official Reflect Opening Party on the rooftop of its Portobello office, welcoming guests to connect, exchange ideas, and celebrate the start of the festival with a view over Limassol’s tech hub.
Exness attributes its success to leveraging technology to offer its clients an ethical and frictionless trading experience. Beyond its business achievements, the company has a comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) vision, showcasing its dedication to creating a positive impact within the communities it operates in.
