Sotiris Pittas brings invaluable industry knowledge from his experiences in Dubai and Australia. Alongside him is Joanna Krashia, with her background in financial advisory and product management in Dubai and Australia, and Alejandro Fernandez, a full-stack developer from Australia responsible for building the platform from scratch. 

This trio of founders chose Cyprus as their launchpad, leveraging their deep networks to test and refine Bolsterup before scaling it internationally. Their collective skills have enabled Bolsterup to navigate the challenges of technology adoption in the construction industry, particularly among veterans resistant to change.
