Cyprus Seeds Honored in Paris as STARTUP ECOSYSTEM STAR 2025 in the “Top Talent & Research” Category

This Award Marks a Fitting Conclusion to What Has Been a Landmark Year for Cyprus Seeds.

Cyprus Seeds proudly announces its recognition as a Startup Ecosystem Star 2025 in the  category of “Top Talent & Research” at the Startup Ecosystem Stars Awards (SES). The SES  Awards are offered by the International Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Mind the  Bridge.

This Award marks a fitting conclusion to what has been a landmark year for Cyprus Seeds. The  year began with a major recognition from the Financial Times and Statista, which ranked Cyprus  Seeds among Europe’s Leading Startup Hubs from over 3,000 candidates — a first for Cyprus.  As 2025 draws to a close, Cyprus Seeds has been honored, on the global stage, as one of only 36  STARS selected across continents, alongside leading innovation agencies and ecosystem  builders that have demonstrated sustained impact, leadership, and excellence in nurturing  innovation ecosystems.

Representing Cyprus Seeds at the Ceremony, held on December 2nd at the ICC Headquarters in  Paris, was Dr. George Saveriades, member of the Board of Directors, who joined global leaders in  innovation and entrepreneurship to celebrate the extraordinary work happening behind the scenes  of the world’s most vibrant startup ecosystems.

The recognition underscores the growing role of Cyprus Seeds in bridging science and business,  strengthening entrepreneurship, and contributing to the global startup economy. It also highlights  the organization’s commitment to positioning Cyprus as a competitive player in the international  innovation arena.

Cyprus Seeds extends heartfelt gratitude to its donors and partners whose support makes this  journey possible, including the A.G. Leventis Foundation, The Hellenic Initiative, the Deputy  Ministry of Research, Innovation & Digital Policy, the Research and Innovation Foundation,  Mohari Hospitality, Eurobank Cyprus, PwC Cyprus, Lanitis Group, and all academic and  industry collaborators. Their commitment fuels Cyprus Seeds’ mission and ensures that Cyprus  continues to shine on the global innovation map.
