The Kratis Leadership Development Program, launching this January, offers a unique and comprehensive platform for individuals stepping into leadership roles or looking to refine their managerial capabilities. The program features 16 workshops designed by seasoned facilitators, including experts from Kratis and external professionals. Flexible Learning Options:

Participants are required to attend at least eight workshops, two tabletop exercises, and all four coaching sessions to earn their certification. The program runs from January 8 to May 7, 2025, with sessions scheduled from 3–6 pm to accommodate professionals’ busy schedules.
