Larnaca Is Getting Cyprus’ Largest Stephanis Store Yet

Construction begins on a massive 3,500m² high-tech space set to redefine shopping in 2027.

The STEPHANIS Stores Network has announced plans for a new, state-of-the-art store in Larnaca, reaffirming its long-standing commitment to continuous growth and quality service across Cyprus.

The new building will be located on Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue (formerly Stratigou Timagia Avenue), just before the Port roundabout and only a three-minute drive from the existing Stephanis store.

The modern facility will feature 2,500 square metres of exhibition space spread over two floors, along with an additional 1,000 square metres of warehouse space on a separate third floor—bringing the total size to 3,500 square metres.

Customers will benefit from a covered and free parking area with 52 spaces on the ground floor. Access to the store will be facilitated by both elevators and escalators, ensuring a comfortable and convenient shopping experience.

This investment follows the opening of the company’s largest store to date in Engomi, Nicosia, in 2023. Upon completion, the new Larnaca store is expected to become the largest STEPHANIS store in Cyprus. Construction is already underway, with the official opening planned for 2027.

The new building will showcase all major technology product categories, including Mobile Phones, Computers, Televisions, Audio, Gaming, Energy Products, as well as small and large Home Appliances and seasonal items. The goal is to provide a comprehensive and unified technology shopping experience in one modern location.

STEPHANIS has maintained a presence in Larnaca since 2005, when it first began serving the region through smaller stores.
As the company marks two decades in the city, this new store stands as a way to thank and give back to the people of Larnaca for their support and trust over the years—offering them the modern technology store the city deserves.
