Throughout its history, the primary focus and priority of Hellenic Bank have always been its customers and their needs, offering support for about half a century during both challenging and ordinary times. The bank now introduces a series of measures and actions to facilitate its customers by exempting them from many charges.

Hellenic Bank's initiatives revolve around two main pillars. The first is the continuous digital upgrading of its services, enabling customers to perform their daily banking transactions online quickly and for free. The second pillar consists of new support measures for the elderly and vulnerable groups, further strengthening the bank's longstanding commitment to social responsibility.

Free Online Transactions for Everyone

The bank's customers, numbering in the thousands, enjoy the benefit of zero charges for their basic daily banking transactions, which can now be conducted online. This not only saves money but also valuable time, as it eliminates the need to travel and queue in branches.

Hellenic Bank continually enhances its digital tools, relieving customers from any charges, which now apply only at bank counters. Why pay at the counter when you can do it for free from your mobile or computer?

Our lives now move at digital speeds, and Hellenic Bank, responding to the needs of the new era and its customers, offers everything needed to simplify their daily routine.
