This June, the stage of Satiriko Theatro will come alive with the rhythm, passion, and artistry of flamenco as Seven Flamenco presents Círculo Flamenco, an end-of-year production featuring dancers from beginner to intermediate levels alongside professional artists and musicians.

More than a performance, Círculo Flamenco is a celebration of the dedication, creativity, and persona growth of Seven Flamenco's students. Throughout the year, participants have immersed themselves in the techniques, traditions, and expressive language of flamenco, culminating in this showcase of their artistic journey.

Founded in Nicosia, Seven Flamenco has grown into a vibrant multicultural and bicommunal community united by a shared love for Spanish dance, music, and culture. Today, its members include Cypriots from across the island and individuals representing ten nationalities, creating meaningful connections through the performing arts.

Under the artistic direction of Maradee de Guzman, a flamenco instructor and performer with more than two decades of experience, Círculo Flamenco presents a diverse repertoire of traditional flamenco and Spanish dance forms. The program features styles including Soleá, Tangos, Farruca, Seguiriyas, Fandangos de Huelva, and Sevillanas.

Joining the performers on stage are special guest musicians Sebastián Legovich (guitar), Angelos Cheipeloglou (guitar) and Natasa Hadjiandreou (percussion), providing live accompaniment during the evening.

As an Associate Centre of the Escuela de Flamenco de Andalucía in Cyprus, Seven Flamenco is dedicated to sharing flamenco through education, performance, and cultural experiences. Círculo Flamenco serves both as an important milestone for participating students and as an opportunity for local audiences to engage with one of Spain's most celebrated artistic traditions.

The event is expected to attract members of the local and international community, cultural organizations, artists, educators, families, and supporters of the arts, reflecting the diversity that characterizes Seven Flamenco's growing community.
