The Southeast European Cinema Network (SEE Cinema Network) is offering funding between €6,000 and €10,000 for feature films, as announced by the Department of Contemporary Culture of the Deputy Ministry of Culture.

Applications must be submitted by September 15, 2025, and will be evaluated during the Network's upcoming General Assembly in November 2025.

Proposals must concern feature-length films with a minimum duration of 70 minutes, intended for theatrical release. Projects must be co-productions involving at least two producers from two different SEE Cinema Network member countries (Cyprus, Greece, Serbia, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Romania, Bulgaria). Participation of additional co-producers from other countries is not excluded.

Projects will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Dramaturgical strength and integrity of the script

• Artistic and commercial potential of the project

• Critical and public recognition of the scriptwriter and director's previous works

• Any confirmed production funding

• The completeness of the strategic plan submitted by the executive producer, particularly in relation to project management and promotion

Interested producers must submit their applications online via https://seecinemanetwork.eu/funding/. Additionally, two hard copies of the application and the production dossier must be delivered to the Department of Contemporary Culture.
