The well-known Stasikratous Street Party returns once again this year under the title “BYD presents The Stasikratous Project Christmas Edition”, taking place on Stasikratous Street and the surrounding roads over the weekend of December 20 & 21, from 10:00 to 20:00.

The Stasikratous Street Party has been organised every Christmas for more than 15 consecutive years by the Stasikratous Shop Owners Association. Each year, the event spans an entire weekend, transforming Stasikratous Street and nearby roads into a festive hub offering a variety of activities for both children and adults during the holiday season.

It is worth noting that the Stasikratous Street Party attracts thousands of Nicosia residents — and visitors from beyond the capital — and has established itself as a long-standing Christmas institution in Nicosia.

During this year’s two-day event, visitors will be offered a unique experience, different from previous editions. Attendees will have the opportunity to stroll along Stasikratous Street, admire the festive Christmas decorations, enjoy entertainment and complimentary treats offered along the street, and complete their holiday shopping in a lively atmosphere.

The aim of this year’s event is to attract a younger audience, particularly those with an appreciation for entertainment and high aesthetics, reinforcing Stasikratous Street’s role as a contemporary urban destination during the festive period.
