Cyprus' Top 10 Most Expensive Property Sales in August 2024 Reach Nearly €21 Million

The 10 most expensive property sales across Cyprus in August amounted to a total of €20.9 million, with the most expensive sale being a house in Agios Tychonas, in the Amathus Municipality of Limassol District, sold for €5.4 million, according to data analyzed by Ask Wire.
Limassol and Paphos districts each accounted for four transactions in the top 10 sales, while the list was rounded out by the Nicosia and Larnaca districts. The value of these transactions in Limassol District reached €10.3 million, in Paphos District €7.5 million, in Nicosia District €1.7 million, and in Larnaca District €1.25 million.
According to Ask Wire, the 50 largest transactions, 10 in each district, in August were worth a total of €45.6 million.
Of the value of these 50 most expensive sales, 32.9% corresponds to the 10 properties in Limassol District, and 27% to the 10 in Paphos District. The top 10 properties in Larnaca District were sold for €7.9 million, accounting for 17.3%, slightly higher than the top 10 properties in Nicosia District, which sold for €6.6 million. The value of the 10 most expensive transactions in the free area of Famagusta was €3.8 million.
