The Housing Price Index for the second quarter of 2024 is estimated at 112.86 points, according to a preliminary report by the Statistical Service. This marks an increase of 2.5% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Compared to the first quarter of 2024, the index shows a rise of 1.2%.

The Housing Price Index measures the change in the average price of residential properties, covering all types of housing units, both new and existing. The value of the land is included in the overall price.
