Ask Wire, a company that integrates real estate expertise with technology-driven insights, has processed and published data on the 10 most expensive property sales completed in Cyprus in 2024 and the total value of the 10 highest-value transactions per district.

The 10 most expensive sales in 2024 amounted to €210.1 million, with the highest-value transaction being an apartment development in Polemidia, Limassol, sold for €39.3 million. Limassol dominated the Top 10 list, accounting for eight of the ten highest-value transactions, with a total value of €176.8 million. The remaining two transactions took place in Nicosia and Paphos, each contributing one property to the list.

The 50 highest value property transactions in 2024 had a total value of €386.2 million. 51.7% of this value was attributed to the top 10 most expensive properties, all located in Limassol. Nicosia followed with 17.5%, and Paphos ranked third with 16.3%.

Specifically:

• The top 10 sales in Limassol totaled €199.7 million.

• The top 10 sales in Nicosia totaled €67.8 million.

• The top 10 sales in Paphos totaled €62.8 million.

• Larnaca’s top 10 transactions had a total value of €37.8 million.

• Famagusta’s top 10 transactions amounted to €18.1 million.

In addition to the Top 10 high-value transactions of 2024, Ask Wire has also published data on the 10 most expensive property sales completed in December 2024.

Limassol once again led the rankings with six sales, followed by Nicosia and Larnaca with two each. The total value of the top 10 sales in December amounted to €58 million, with the highest-value sale being an office property in Agioi Omologites, Nicosia, sold for €19 million.

The total value of the 50 highest-value transactions in December exceeded €90.8 million.
