Ray Talent Agency Launch in Athens, Greece
Bridging Greek Talent with the Global Entertainment Industry
A bold new force has arrived on the international entertainment scene. Ray Talent Agency, the first of its kind in Greece, officially opens its doors, aiming to transform how creative professionals from Greece, Cyprus, and beyond connect with the global film, television, and digital content industries.
Headquartered in Athens, Ray Talent Agency represents a diverse roster of actors, writers, directors, editors, cinematographers, intimacy coordinators, action designers, and other top-tier creatives. The agency is breaking new ground in a region where artist representation has historically been limited—ushering in a new era of professional support, career strategy, and worldwide opportunity for emerging and established talent.
“Our vision,” explains Ronan Le Du, Ray’s co-founder “is to provide the space for creatives to focus on their craft”. Athena Xenidou, Ray’s co-founder, adds “We aim at ensuring artists feel empowered, seen, and supported, while creating meaningful industry connections and nurturing long-term careers.”
Xenidou brings deep industry credibility to the venture. She is the president of the Directors’ Guild of Cyprus,a member of the European Producers Club, a core member of the Declaration of Filmmakers at the Festival de Cannes, an International Emmys jury member, and artistic director of Cyprus Film Days International Festival for Children and Youth.
The Ray leadership team also includes:
-
Athina Palantzi, a financial strategist with over two decades in international banking, now guiding Ray’s business operations. “There’s a growing demand for international talent on global platforms—platforms that once felt out of reach for many of our artists,” she notes.
-
Andreani Constanti, an L.A.-trained actor and youth talent agent, adds, “Discovering promising young talent and nurturing their journey is truly exciting.”
-
Melina Tsigaridou, an advertising and communications expert, leads influencer campaigns and digital media strategy.
-
Agata Darlasi, a respected creative producer and narrative coach, provides mentorship and developmental support to clients.
In larger markets like the U.S. and U.K., artist representation is standard. But in regions like Greece and Cyprus, performers have often had to manage their careers independently, directly negotiating with employers and producers. Ray is setting out to change that—offering not just representation, but real strategic leverage.
Ray Talent Agency's services include:
-
Career and project management
-
Strategic branding and marketing
-
Contract negotiation and legal support
-
Global exposure and market access
By providing a structured and holistic support system, Ray empowers creatives to focus on their art while gaining access to broader markets and higher-tier opportunities.
Producers, studios, and employers also benefit, gaining access to vetted talent and streamlined hiring processes while raising professional standards across the board.
