New Leadership at ICPAC: Meet the President, Vice President, and Full Board Line-up

A New Era for ICPAC

Odysseas Christodoulou has been elected as the new President of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), succeeding Nikos Cheimaridis, whose term has come to an end. Christodoulou, who previously served as Vice President of ICPAC, brings over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and professional education to the role.

Christodoulou is the CEO of edBOS, the educational arm of the eBOS technology platform, where he emphasizes innovation, upskilling, and workforce development. He is a Fellow of the ACCA, the Chartered Institute of Bankers, and holds a Certified Management Accountant designation from the Institute of Management Accountants. Christodoulou also holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance.

In addition to his leadership at ICPAC, Christodoulou has held various notable positions, including as a member of the International Assembly of the ACCA, CEO and co-founder of Globaltraining, and COO at EDEX. He has also served on the boards of the University of Nicosia, KEO Plc, and several financial institutions.

Andreas Andreou has been elected Vice President of ICPAC. A partner at Deloitte Ltd since 1997, Andreou brings extensive experience in audit services, specializing in the insurance and broader financial sectors. He has been a member of the ICPAC Board since 2015 and has held leadership roles in the Committee for Accounting Standards.
