But as the ecosystem scales, it faces structural bottlenecks, infrastructural growing pains, and the massive disruptive wave of Artificial Intelligence.

At the Doer Summit 2026, Pavlos sat down with Panis Pieri, a veteran documentarian of the local tech scene, founder, and chief editor of Panis.News, to dissect where the ecosystem stands today and what it will take to build truly global companies from the island.
