We’ll combine the festival spirit we’re known for, the latest tech solutions, fresh perspectives, and a global outlook. Our goal is to create synergies between real estate and technology players and promote a tech-forward approach to real estate."

The summit promises a dynamic atmosphere with two stages featuring 50 speakers, 70 exhibitors showcasing their latest projects, and various side events designed to enhance networking. The event is expected to attract over 3000 attendees, marking it as a premier learning and networking opportunity in the region. “Elevate is poised to become the premier learning real estate & technology event in the region, and a meeting point for regional professionals to connect, work, and create together,” added Lambrou.
