A mixed-use building in Paralimni, valued at €4.8 million, topped the list of the ten most expensive real estate transactions in November, according to data compiled by Ask Wire.

The data indicates that the top 50 transactions, ten in each province, in November amounted to a total value of €52 million. The ten highest-value sales alone accounted for €22 million, with the most expensive being the mixed-use building in Paralimni priced at €4.8 million. Limassol province recorded four transactions in the top ten sales, followed by Nicosia with three, and Larnaca and Famagusta with one each. The total value of these transactions was €9.56 million in Limassol, €4.23 million in Nicosia, €3.4 million in Larnaca, and €4.8 million in Famagusta province.

Breaking down by province, the most expensive sale in Famagusta was the mixed-use building valued at €4.8 million, representing 57% of the total transactions in the province. In Limassol, a luxury apartment valued at €3 million accounted for 20% of the province's total transactions. Larnaca's highest sale was a plot of land valued at €1.8 million, comprising 18.5% of the province's transactions, while in Nicosia, the highest sale was an apartment building worth €1.5 million, representing 13% of total transactions. Paphos' most expensive transaction was an undeveloped land right valued at €1.2 million, constituting 17% of the province's transactions.

It is noteworthy that the top ten properties in Limassol sold for a combined €15 million, representing 28.8% of the total national transactions, and those in Nicosia for €11.6 million, accounting for 22.3%. The ten most expensive properties in Larnaca had a smaller total value of €9.7 million, followed closely by Famagusta (€8.4 million) and Paphos (€7.2 million).

Commenting on the data, Pavlos Loizou, Managing Director of Ask Wire, stated that "the analysis reveals a significant movement in the high-value real estate market in November. Out of the 50 largest sales across Cyprus, 19 were properties valued over €1 million, six sales occurred at prices between €900,000 and €999,000, three at prices between €800,000 and €899,000, and another five sales at prices between €700,000 and €799,000."
