€87.6m in Property Deals: Limassol Sweeps Cyprus’ Top Sales

The Most Expensive Sale, Worth €15.2 Million, Involved a Three-Floor Apartment in Limassol.

Ask Wire, the data analytics company combining real estate expertise with technology to track transactions, asking prices, and construction activity, has analysed and published data on the ten highest-value property sales completed in October 2025, as well as the total value of the top ten sales per district.

The ten most expensive property transactions across Cyprus in October amounted to €87.6 million. The top transaction involved a three-floor apartment in Potamos Germasogeias, Limassol, sold for €15.2 million.

Limassol dominated the list, accounting for eight of the ten most expensive transactions, while the remaining two were recorded in the Famagusta district.

Pavlos Loizou, CEO of Ask Wire, commented on the above findings:

“Limassol continues to play a decisive role in the high-end property market. It is the district where transactions in the seven- and eight-figure range occur more frequently. Sales of this magnitude—especially involving apartments—are rarely seen in other districts. In Germasogeia in particular, we consistently observe high-value sales over time.

The eight Limassol transactions featured in the top ten for October had a combined value of nearly €77 million. The other two transactions, worth approximately €11 million, were recorded in free Famagusta, specifically in Ayia Napa.

Among the ten highest-value transactions of the month, four were residential properties—three apartments in Potamos Germasogeias and one house in Ayia Napa—with a combined value of €31.9 million. In addition, three fields were sold for a total of €16.9 million.”
