Property Prices in Cyprus Stabilize
Preliminary data from the Statistical Service shows a 1% annual increase and a 0.2% quarterly rise in the House Price Index.
The House Price Index in Cyprus recorded a 1% increase in the second quarter of 2025 compared with the same quarter of 2024, according to a preliminary estimate by the Statistical Service released on Friday.
For the second quarter of 2025, the index is calculated at 113.99 points (2015=100).
Compared with the first quarter of 2025, the House Price Index rose by 0.2%.
