Cyprus is preparing to welcome global tech leaders at Unicorn Pitches Limassol on 03 December at Opus Venue. This year’s event will feature a high-profile panel discussion titled “AI in Action: Real Value, Scalable Solutions, and the Investment Opportunities Defining Tomorrow”, bringing together influential voices shaping the future of AI, innovation, and investment globally and on Cyprus.

Vassilios has shaped EU and national strategies in sustainable innovation, digital transformation, and maritime policy, and today plays a crucial role in strengthening Cyprus’s position as a global business hub. 

Elena Pouri - Deal Advisory, KPMG; Core Member, KPMG Startup Innovation Lab. Elena brings extensive experience from KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, supporting founders and high-growth companies across multiple industries. As part of KPMG’s Startup Innovation Lab, she works closely with entrepreneurs to scale, develop strategy, and drive innovation, contributing to the development of Cyprus’s emerging tech ecosystem. 

The moderator of the discussion is Volodymyr Zhukov, a Venture Partner at California-based Network VC, and AI innovation advisor to leading U.S. enterprises. With over a decade of experience in deep tech, venture strategy, and scaling startups to

investor-ready level, he brings a global perspective and sharp industry insight to guide the conversation on the future of innovation. 

Beyond these two featured speakers, the panel will also include seven additional experts representing Cyprus’s startup community, government institutions, public organisations, universities, and other key stakeholders shaping the island’s innovation ecosystem. 

The panel will explore how AI is already generating measurable business value, the real-world use cases emerging across Europe, and how early-stage companies can overcome the challenges of scaling from an MVP to global markets.
