The 41st Cyprus Export Awards ceremony took place today, on Monday, June 26, 2023, at the prestigious Presidential Palace. This distinguished event, co-organized by the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, and Industry and the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, was hosted by Mr. Nikos Christodoulides, the President of the Republic. The purpose of these awards was to honor and commend the exceptional endeavors, international outlook, entrepreneurial drive, and social contributions of companies across all sectors involved in exporting Cypriot industrial and agricultural products, as well as services.

The esteemed recipients of these accolades, categorized as follows, showcased their remarkable achievements:

Category A: Industrial Product Exports

1. D. ELLINAS FACTORY PRODUCTS LTD received the award for small-scale industrial units, employing fewer than 50 individuals.

2. The joint award for industrial units with over 50 employees was bestowed upon KARNIC POWERBOATS LTD and MUSKITA ALUMINIUM INDUSTRIES LTD, acknowledging their outstanding performance.

Category B: Special Award for Industrial Product Exports

ELYSEE IRRIGATION LTD was the proud recipient of this prestigious distinction, recognizing their exceptional contributions to the field.

Category C: Agricultural Product Exports

J&P FRESCA (CYPRUS) PRODUCE LTD was granted this coveted award, commending their remarkable efforts in promoting Cypriot agricultural products globally.

Category D: Service Exports

1. INFOCREDIT GROUP LTD was honored with the award in the financial services sector, acknowledging their excellence in providing top-notch financial solutions.

2. ONETECH GROUP LTD was recognized for their exceptional performance in maritime transportation and commercial shipping, securing their well-deserved place among the recipients.

3. NEAPOLIS UNIVERSITY was granted the highly esteemed General Services Award, an acknowledgement of their exceptional contributions in the field of services.

Furthermore, a special tribute was paid to LIMASSOL MARINA LTD, honoring their unwavering support to the Cypriot economy and, specifically, their significant contributions to the tourism sector.

Lastly, the outstanding contributions of THE CYPRUS INSTITUTE – HPC FACILITY in establishing Cyprus as a regional hub for advanced computing services were recognized and applauded through an honorary distinction.
