One Night. Five Heavyweight Speakers. Four Game-Changing Prizes Designed to Launch 2026 for Cyprus’s Business Community.
CBG 2025 – Building the Future of Business
On 4 December 2025, St Raphael Resort in Limassol will host “CBG 2025 – Building the Future of Business”, an annual red-carpet networking event that is quickly becoming a fixture on the regional business calendar.
Organised by the Cyprus Business Group (CBG), the event is set to bring together founders, professionals, investors and creators from Cyprus, the UAE and beyond for an evening that blends high-level insight with high-impact networking.
A YEAR-END GATHERING FOCUSED ON “WHAT’S NEXT”
Held every year on 4 December, CBG’s flagship event is designed as a season finale for the local business ecosystem — a point where entrepreneurs and professionals pause to reflect on the year behind them and refocus on the year ahead.
The 2025 edition rallies around the theme:
“Building the Future of Business”
Rather than a traditional conference format, CBG 2025 is structured as a seminar and networking night: an elegant, red-carpet experience combined with a tightly curated program of talks and an unusually strong emphasis on building real connections in the room.
A LINEUP OF LEADERS SHAPING POLICY, MARKETS AND CULTURE
The speaker roster reads more like a “who’s who” of regional influence than a typical event flyer.
Keynote: Demetris Skourides
Presidential Advisor, Executive Coach, Chief Scientist of the Republic of Cyprus, Chairman of the Research and Innovation Foundation, and Chairman of the National AI Taskforce. Skourides is expected to address how innovation, AI and policy will intersect with business in the years ahead.
Michalis Pantelidis
Fashion designer and founder of the Michalis Pantelidis brand, as well as a lecturer at Alexander College. Pantelidis is recognised for a design philosophy that fuses modern luxury with sustainability and Mediterranean cultural identity — lessons that extend well beyond the fashion sector.
Gala Grigoreva
CMO at Adsterra, Grigoreva brings 14 years of experience across mobile, web3 and adtech. A global brand strategist, she also leads Women in Tech Cyprus, co-founded Integrated Professional Growth (IPG), and mentors businesses on growth and positioning.
Yiannos Georgiades
Senior/Managing Partner at Georgiades & Associates, international business lawyer, investor and Co-Founder/Director of Kinisis Ventures. Georgiades advises on cross-border transactions, venture funding and international expansion — issues central to many of the founders expected in the audience.
Eddy Nassar
President of the World Influencers & Bloggers Awards (WIBA) Mediterranean and the Mediterranean Influencers & Creators Association (MICA), and former director of Columbia Restaurants. Nassar brings decades of experience in hospitality, branding and the creator economy.
MC · Aleen Andreou
Programme Director at PeopleAchieve, a corporate trainer and coach with more than 30 years’ experience in leadership, communication and people development. Andreou is known for her work with global brands and her engaging facilitation style.
FROM PAPARAZZI WALL TO LATE-NIGHT NETWORKING
The program is designed to feel immersive from the moment guests arrive.
18:00 – 18:45 · Red Carpet Arrival & Networking
Attendees enter via a red velvet rope and red-carpet hallway, flanked by candles and a paparazzi-style photo wall. Inside the Panorama room, a glass of champagne awaits as guests begin informal networking with speakers, partners and fellow professionals.
18:45 – 19:55 · Main Stage Talks & Prize Segment
As the lights dim, attention shifts to the illuminated stage, giant LED panels and cinema screen. Short opening remarks and announcements are followed by presentations from the five headline speakers, each offering practical insight into innovation, growth, law, branding and leadership.
The segment closes with a live giveaway where four major prizes are awarded.
20:20 – 23:30 · Open Networking & Entertainment
After the talks, lights rise and the atmosphere relaxes. Drinks and snacks return, and attendees are encouraged to explore entertainment areas around the room, continue conversations and build new connections late into the evening.
FOUR PRIZES DESIGNED AROUND AMBITION AND VISIBILITY
True to its growth-focused positioning, CBG 2025 features a prize lineup that goes beyond symbolic giveaways:
1. Aspire Bundle – Open to All Attendees
A curated package of experiences, rewards and small luxuries aimed at reigniting drive and inspiration for the year ahead.
Eligibility: All attendees, regardless of ticket type.
2. Luxury Bundle – For VIP Pro & Expert Members
A Dubai-themed collection of unforgettable experiences, including two luxury outings that take the winner from the desert dunes to an exclusive escape on the water.
Eligibility: VIP members at Pro and Expert level.
3. Media Bundle – For VIP Experts
A media-powered visibility boost, offering complimentary exposure across select local platforms, from radio to print and more.
Eligibility: VIP members at Expert level.
4. Headliner Opportunity – For One VIP Expert
Perhaps the most notable prize: a single Expert-level VIP member will be invited onto the stage for a dedicated five-minute slot to introduce themselves and their business to the entire audience.
Eligibility: VIP members at Expert level only.
For many businesses, such visibility and access could be worth far more than the price of admission.
ACCESS: STANDARD TICKET VS PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP
The event is open to the public, with two main ways to attend:
Standard Attendee (Ticket)
Price: €60
Includes: Full-Access Pass to the entire evening (talks, networking and entertainment)
This option is aimed at professionals and founders who want to be in the room, make connections and absorb insights from the stage.
Premium Member (VIP)
Price: from €120 per year (cancel any time)
Includes:
– VIP Pass to CBG 2025 (full event experience)
– Video interview on the night

– Year-round visibility and membership benefits
– Eligibility for selected VIP-only prizes, including the Media Bundle and Headliner opportunity (depending on plan level)
At the time of writing, CBG is also offering a 50% discount on its smallest VIP plan, “BRAND”, lowering the barrier for those who want to combine event access with ongoing exposure throughout the year.

A BRIDGE BETWEEN CYPRUS AND THE UAE
Beyond the polished staging and prize draw, CBG 2025 forms part of a broader effort by Cyprus Business Group to position Cyprus as a connected node between Europe and the Gulf region — particularly the UAE.
According to the organisers, revenue from the event and community partnerships is reinvested into building and maintaining that ecosystem: strengthening ties between Cyprus and the UAE, supporting community initiatives, and spotlighting businesses that invest in their own growth.
