In a show of adaptability amidst economic challenges, PwC Cyprus reported a record total revenue of €87 million for the financial year of 2023, up from €83 million the previous year. This was announced at the company's Annual Meeting held today, Friday.

Despite facing revenue losses of over 20% due to compliance with PwC's global network sanctions, PwC Cyprus found a silver lining. Philippos Soseilos, CEO & Senior Partner of PwC Cyprus, commented, "Thanks to the rapid roll-out of our growth strategy, we established new revenue streams and laid a robust foundation for our organization's future."

Highlighting the company's resilience, 2023 marked the year PwC Cyprus transitioned to a more modern and adaptable operating model. This move was to address the challenges from geopolitical shifts and rapid market evolution. With the implementation of PwC's global strategy, "The New Equation," the firm has positioned itself to meet the evolving needs of its clientele more effectively.

A Client Experience Survey underscored PwC Cyprus' accomplishments, with clients rating their willingness to recommend the company to peers at an impressive 9.26 out of 10. The overall client satisfaction rating was 9.05, reflecting an improvement from the previous year's results.

Moreover, through the establishment of the non-profit PwC Foundation in 2022, the company aimed to showcase its commitment to community service and societal growth. During the financial year, the foundation disbursed €436,300 towards its core areas of focus: Education & Culture, Youth Entrepreneurship, and Offering Our Hearts and Minds. Furthermore, PwC Cyprus employees committed over 1,500 hours to voluntary actions in the past year.
