Eurobank: Share Capital Reduction via Cancellation of 28 Million Treasury Shares
The Bank's Total Share Capital Is Now Set at €792.7 Million – Final Trading Termination of the Cancelled Securities on Tuesday, July 14.
Eurobank is proceeding with a reduction of its share capital following the completion of procedures to cancel 28,097,019 treasury shares, each with a nominal value of €0.22.
The relevant decision was made during the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on April 28, 2026, based on the provisions of Article 49 of Law 4548/2018.
Following the cancellation of these specific securities, the Bank's share capital is reduced by €6,181,344.18, resulting in a corresponding amendment to Article 5 of the company's Articles of Association.

The institutional procedures were finalized on July 9, 2026, with the registration in the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MH.) of the Ministry of Development's approval for the amendment of the Articles of Association. Concurrently, Euronext Athens Holding S.A. was notified regarding the share cancellation and the capital reduction.
Trading of the 28,097,019 cancelled shares on the EURONEXT ATHENS stock exchange will terminate permanently on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
