During a meeting on Wednesday with the President and board members of Eurobank, the Cypriot Finance Minister Makis Keravnos emphasized the importance of attracting foreign investments for the Government of the Republic of Cyprus. He also welcomed the bank's recent business activities in Cyprus.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Finance, the meeting at the Ministry included a delegation from Eurobank, led by President Georgios Zanias. There, they exchanged information and views on matters concerning the Greek and Cypriot economies, as well as the banking sector of both countries.

The discussion also covered the positive prospects of the two economies and the robustness of the financial sector in Greece and Cyprus.
