“Peace Talks” Comedy Festival Brings Communities Together Through Laughter
Aiming to Highlight the Role of Comedy as a Universal Language.
Collective.Beat are proud to announce “Peace Talks,” a cross-community comedy festival designed to bring people together through humour, storytelling, and shared cultural experiences across both sides of Nicosia and first time in Limassol.
Peace Talks Festival, for the second time, will feature performances by Greek speaking Cypriots, Turkish speaking Cypriots, and comedians from various communities, creating a unique cultural exchange that reflects the country’s diversity and shared humanity.
“Peace Talks” aims to highlight the role of comedy as a universal language,one that can connect communities, spark dialogue, and build bridges beyond physical and social boundaries. The initiative also expresses appreciation for ongoing efforts toward peace, cooperation, and dialogue on the island.
