What to Know About the Nicosia Walls Festival 2025

Four nights of live music, street art, food and family-friendly activities transform Old Nicosia’s Tafros Davilla into an open-air cultural playground.

Nicosia is set to turn its historic walls into a stage. The Nicosia Walls Festival will run from 27 to 30 September 2025 at Tafros Davilla, bringing four nights of headline concerts, live mural painting, visual installations, hands-on workshops and a street-food court in the heart of the old city. According to the organizers, the event aims to “transform the historic heart of the city into a celebration of art, sound, flavor, and community.”

This year’s music lineup spans Greek and Cypriot pop to contemporary folk. Marina Satti opens the festival on Friday 27 September. Saturday 28 September features a double bill with Klavdia and Marseaux. Sunday 29 September spotlights veteran singer-songwriters Nikos Portokaloglou and Giannis Kotsiras, joined by Vyron Tsourapis and Andriana Achitzanova. The closing night on Monday 30 September belongs to Ioulia Kallimani. Artist posters published by the festival confirm dates and billing.

Beyond the stage, the program turns the moat into an open-air gallery. Street artists will create large-scale murals and site-specific pieces, while interactive zones invite families and casual visitors to join workshops and creative activities. A curated food court promises local favorites alongside global street-food options.

Practical information released by the organizers notes the venue as Tafros Davilla in Nicosia, with tickets available through Ticketmaster and ACS Courier locations. Children under 12 can enter free with ID when accompanied by a parent.
