SOFTSWISS Young Fest: Uniting a Global Team Across 30 Countries and Polish Tech Hubs
SOFTSWISS brought together all of its employees, including team members from its partner’s development centers in Poland, for the Young Fest — a four-day celebration on the Mediterranean coast. The event marked the final chapter in a series of festivities dedicated to SOFTSWISS's 15th anniversary.
SOFTSWISS grew from a team of three into a tech brand with 2,000+ employees, teams in Malta, Georgia, and remote locations worldwide, as well as talent from the partner’s development centres in Poland. The company earned a reputation as a reliable technology partner for the iGaming industry, with a global portfolio of 1,200+ client brands.
The event brought together specialists working on SOFTSWISS products across different locations, strengthening team spirit and promoting a shared sense of belonging within a distributed and multicultural workforce. The Young Fest was part of a broader strategy to nurture a strong corporate culture and drive people-based business results.
The Young Fest combined team-building activities, parties, learning sessions, and work in an unconventional setting. The performances by SOFTSWISS employees made the festival program truly special. Some team members, including Ivan Montik, Founder of SOFTSWISS, took to the main stage as DJs.
“I’m happy to bring everyone together and connect in person,” said Ivan. “These days were filled with meaningful conversations and a true festival spirit. I’m proud that even after 15 years in business, we still honor innovation, boldness, and self-expression. Young Fest is a perfect reflection of that mindset.”

Under Ivan Montik’s leadership, SOFTSWISS leveraged Poland's favourable business environment by engaging local development centres to build and enhance its products. This strategic approach is part of the company's broader objective to enhance its technological offerings and service delivery to global clients.
"Having the partner’s development centres in Warsaw and Poznań supports the direction of the company’s expansion. Polish legislation has positively influenced the growth of large international IT companies. Here, the employees of the development centres working on our products can feel comfortable in terms of working conditions and the standard of living,” said Ivan.
With a distributed workforce spread across multiple countries, SOFTSWISS places strong emphasis on building a unified corporate culture. Bringing together team members from different countries — including those from development centres in Poland — for four days on the Mediterranean coast was a significant logistical effort, but one that underscored the company’s belief in the power of in-person connection. The organisers noted that nothing strengthens team spirit quite like real, face-to-face interaction.
SOFTSWISS is no stranger to large-scale events. One of its previous internal initiatives, the Values Fest, was named Best Corporate Event at the Global Eventex Awards 2024.
